Before the age of internet or web marketing, many companies where having hard time to find a simple way to advertise their product. The majorly advertising was done through print media and television. The problem was to make the product to catch the eyes of audience. But the bigger problem was that they were not getting feed backs. So they started using telephonic medium which later own become telemarketing.
But telemarketing was no success as people would just hung up their phone after just introduction. After telemarketing web marketing was introduced where companies stared to advertise on the web sites. This again became a problem because as the users are getting more social they are paying less intention towards advertising.
This was solved by companies such that they can now easily place their products on Online Auction sites and then can easily find that if people are interested in their product or not. And the people can also easily find there site and buy the required product they want. This also helps company to know which product is in demand on daily bases so they can produce more of it.
If the company is producing more than one product then it can open its own Online Bidding site where they would sell these products without 3rd party interference.
So in the conclusion the company who wants to succeed in the feature should have its own Penny Auction site to advertise and sell its products.
